Account and responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile data and for activity under your account. Abuse of the platform (spam, fake requests, illegal content) is prohibited.

Requests and offers: The platform enables requests and offers; final agreement on price, delivery and warranty is between buyer and seller unless expressly stated otherwise.

Credits: Credits are used for paid actions on the platform (e.g. sending offers), according to the current pricing. Payments for credits are final: after successful payment and crediting of your account, refunds are not offered except in the case of a technical error described below.

Refunds and technical errors: If your card or account was charged but credits were not added due to a technical issue on the payment provider or platform side, contact us within 14 days with your transaction reference. We will verify records; if payment is confirmed but credits were not delivered, we will credit your balance or, where appropriate, initiate a refund according to the payment processor rules.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for sales outcomes, quality of third-party goods, or disputes between users.

Changes: We may update these terms; continued use after publication means acceptance.
